12 weeks of coaching with me, then a full year of support. From someone who's lived with Type 2 for over 20 years. No banned foods. No telling off.

You already know what you "should" do. Everyone with Type 2 does. Knowing was never the problem.
The problem is doing it every day, on your own, with nobody to pick you up when it goes wrong. And the shame that makes you hide and give up.
SODIT is coaching. It sits alongside your GP and diabetes team, never instead of them. If you take insulin or tablets like gliclazide, tell your diabetes team before you change how you eat.

I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in my mid-twenties. I've managed it every day since, for over twenty years.
Before this, I was a driving instructor and ran speed awareness courses. So I'm used to rules, risk, and explaining things clearly to people who are nervous or fed up.
My story has been featured by Abbott's FreeStyle Libre, and I'm involved with Diabetes UK.
