This page explains what information I collect about you, why, and what I do with it. I've kept it short and plain.
Who I am
This website is run by Auriel Wetherall, trading as Flourish With Type 2, in the UK. I'm responsible for your information. The easiest way to reach me is on WhatsApp: 07817 126 276.
What I collect
- Your name and email address, when you ask for a free guide or plan.
- Your contact and payment details, if you buy something. Card payments are handled by the payment provider. I never see or store your full card number.
- Anything you choose to tell me, by email, phone or in coaching. This can include health information, but only if you share it.
- Basic website data, such as pages visited, to keep the site working.
Why I use it
- To send you the guide or plan you asked for.
- To send you a few follow-up emails about the same subject. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every email.
- To deliver anything you buy from me, and keep the records the law requires.
- To reply when you contact me.
The legal reasons I rely on are: your consent (for the free guides and emails), a contract (when you buy from me), and legal duty (for tax and accounting records).
Health information
Health information is extra-sensitive under UK law. I only hold it if you choose to share it with me, and only to support you. I don't give medical advice and I don't share your health information with anyone without your clear permission.
If I meet staff on behalf of an employer, the forms go back to that employer. The employer is then responsible for that information. I don't keep copies of employee health records.
Who else sees it
I never sell your information. I use a small number of trusted services to run my business:
- My website, forms and email system (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector).
- My payment provider, when you buy something.
Some of these services may store data outside the UK. When they do, they use the safeguards UK law requires.
How long I keep it
I keep your details while you're on my email list or working with me. If you unsubscribe or ask me to delete your details, I will, unless the law says I must keep something. Payment and tax records are kept for 6 years.
Your rights
You can ask me to:
- Show you the information I hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop sending you emails
- Stop using your information in a certain way

If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
